It was never our intention to enter rosé market; however, the Pinot Noir in 2008 left us wondering what to do with it. Guy and I decided that we should press the grapes and then make a decision. That decision was that the Pinot Noir grapes were better made as a rosé We named th wine after Madame Annette Cecile Miguet our founder’s wife. Made by winemaker Guy Wagner. 13% alc/vol. Serve lightly chilled now or keep for the next few years. The wine is ageing very well, as we were told by the wine buyer for a major international airline. He told us to “lose a few bins for a few years”, which we did! The wine has a lovely strawberry and cream nose but finishing dry. A traditional European style of Rosé. Try it mid afternoon with some salmon or crayfish pate or antipasto. Lovely!
