Alcohol: with 11.9% alc/vol. This wine has won a series of gold medals from many wine shows. and it a great example of the cool climate riesling of which Tasmania is capable of producing. Simply put: delicious. Ageing Potential: 2017+. Tasting Notes: A flavoursome wine with lemon, lime and tropical fruit aromas. Rich and full bodied with a long intense palate, a soft acid structure and intense lime characters on the finish. Serve chilled. Food Suggestions: Asian style cuisine and seafood (especially Flathead fillets).
