Fred Peacock is renowned as a viticulturist and the grapes that made this wine were grown by a master. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are two of the traditional varieties that are used in France for the production of Champagne. Now, this site we don;t call it that here but nevertheless, help this sparkling is a strong contender. The gain potential runs into many years and time in the bottle can do no more than enhance the wine. A beautiful accompaniment to Pacific oysters and as an aperitif.
